Metal Seal Butterfly Valve

Metal seal butterfly valve is a long-life, energy-saving butterfly valve newly developed by our company. It consists of main components such as valve body, butterfly plate, sealing ring, transmission mechanism, etc. Its structure adopts two-dimensional or three-dimensional eccentric principle design, elastic sealing or hard and soft multi-level sealing compatible processing technology, so that the butterfly valve can reduce its torque during operation, achieving the effect of labor saving and energy saving. At the same time, it ensures the overall corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and wear resistance of the butterfly valve. Commonly used hard-sealed butterfly valves include clamp-type butterfly valves, lug-type butterfly valves, and flange-type butterfly valves.

9. The multi-layer sealing ring is fixed on the valve plate, which is resistant to high temperature, easy to operate, and has no friction when opening and closing. When closing, the sealing is compensated as the torque of the transmission mechanism increases, which improves the sealing performance of the butterfly valve and extends its service life;

10. The multi-layer sealing ring adopts soft and hard laminated metal sheets, which has the dual advantages of hard sealing and soft sealing. It has zero leakage sealing performance regardless of low temperature or high temperature.
