The swing check valve is used to prevent the backflow of media. By selecting different materials (WCB, CF8(M), CF3(M), 1Gr5Mo, 15CrMo1V), it can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing media and urea. It is mainly used in pipelines of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, electricity, etc.
Structural features
The swing check valve adopts an internal rocker arm swing structure. All the opening and closing parts of the valve are installed inside the valve body and do not penetrate the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and sealing ring used in the middle flange, there is no external leakage point as a whole, eliminating the possibility of valve leakage. The swing check valve rocker arm and valve disc connection adopts a spherical connection structure, which allows the valve disc to have a certain degree of freedom within a 360-degree range and has appropriate micro-position compensation.
It is suitable for clean media, not suitable for media containing solid particles and high viscosity. Design standard: API 6D API 594 BS1868
