German Standard Bellows Gate Valve

The German standard bellows gate valve mainly cuts off the medium on the pipeline. It can be used for full opening or full closing of different media, but it cannot be used for throttling. Its advantages are small fluid resistance and relatively small torque required for opening and closing; the flow direction of the medium is not restricted, and it can be used on the ring network pipeline where the medium flows in two directions. 1. The bellows sealed gate valve, the key component of which is the metal bellows, is automatically rolled welded with the valve stem assembly at the lower end and the upper end is automatically rolled welded with the connecting plate, forming a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere to ensure zero leakage of the valve stem.

2. Double sealing design (bellows + packing) If the bellows fails, the valve stem packing will also avoid leakage and meet international sealing standards.

3. The valve cover is equipped with a grease joint, which can directly lubricate the valve stem, nut and sleeve, unlike the traditional method of only adding lubricating oil to the thread.
