Axial flow check valve, also known as cross-flow check valve, has the functions of general check valve and is designed with shock-absorbing spring, which has the effect of noise reduction and shock absorption. It is convenient for users to perform on-site maintenance. The unique axial flow structure has the characteristics of small flow resistance, large flow rate, and small size. It is the preferred valve for domestic and foreign oil and gas pipeline network systems, especially for oil pump outlets. It is suitable for pipeline systems such as oil, gas, and water slurry to prevent medium backflow.
Characteristics of axial flow check valve
1. Monomer structure, light weight, good rigidity, and easy maintenance.
2. The thrust of the spring enables the valve disc to handle the closed position even when there is no medium pressure.
3. The good support method enables the valve disc and the valve seat to be well aligned no matter what the installation position of the valve is, so the valve can be installed at any angle.
4. The combination of the streamlined design of the valve sleeve shape and the streamlined design of the body cavity constitutes the streamlined channel of the axial flow check valve. The precise calculation and design make the flow area of the flow channel sufficient and consistent, with small pressure loss, stable flow state, and no cavitation. When the medium flows, the valve disc generates negative pressure and spring thrust to return to the seat, and there is no direct impact of the medium on the back of the valve disc. Therefore, the axial flow check valve is a low-noise valve.

The special surface treatment and structural design of the front and rear ends of the valve disc support and the valve disc shaft overcome the blocking phenomenon that often occurs during the use of similar valves, and the opening and closing are stable. At the same time, it avoids the poor centering of the valve disc due to gravity factors, uneven sealing force, and inconsistent sealing pair matching parts between two actions, which affect the sealing performance defects, so that the sealing pair is always in a good force and matching state.
